Closing the ticket as it was cloned from ticket no 2795.
Case:-
While Acknowledging the email id (support@pcbapps.zohosupport.com) was included in the response, due to which the ticket 2796 was created.
Hence to avoid duplication/Cloning of tickets such email ids (YYYYY@pcbapps.zohosupport.com) should always be removed during any communication/Acknowledgements.
On reply, following e-mail should be removed. This would neither create an additional ticket nor will generate an auto-e-mail/ticket towards an access to the portal link.
